We want you to be completely satisfied with your honey-infused beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened items cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Gisou packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
